normal? The max speed of that street is 30 mile /hour, single lane each way
, and I was driving at 30 mile /hour, and still blocking the police car. He
claimed he had video shoot about the stop at the four way stop. But when I
asked to watch the video, he refused and drove off.

发帖数: 1401 | 9 ticket 上有详细的处理ticket 的方法，抗辩或认罚， 如你确实没有违规，去court
抗辩了。不要太早打电话，ticket 副本可能没有进 court, 还在bear 手上。 如电话
不通，可去近的police station 询问。
当然这几百块钱对你来说小意思， 不值得你跑一趟court.
