Me neither. When did you close? I closed in mid of last July. I think I
should be able to qualify.
Is there anybody who closed last July and received the confirmation letter?
Could you please inform us? Thanks! |

发帖数: 4315 | 3 opps. To my knowledge, as the first time home buyer or new home buyer, the
only thing you should care about is that you should have enough state tax
liability to fully use $3333 credit each year (which means your income
should be above some amount). Of course, subject to 100 million limit.

That required you to fill the application and fax to them before 8/31/2010.
If you didn't apply, you cannot get the credit.
Go to ca individual tax website to find out the details.

closed by the end of last June do not need to worry about.
The question Aintwarrior and I are asking here is whether we who closed last
July or August are lucky enough to catch the train at the last minute.

people, but of course you need to file the tax return first to get the
credit.

I faxed mine to FTB in the end of May, received confirmation letter around
last Oct. |
