标 题: 这两个 Auto Loan 的利率哪个对信用积累会好些呢？

信用历史有2年半了，是第一次Finance车，车价大概26000￥，打算给定金10000￥。
Dealer A 给开的车价比较高 （26900） ，但利率低（1.9%）， Dealer B给的车价便
宜一点
（26300），但利率要4.9%，都是36个月的LEASE，最后算下来是A便宜点。
我是想用FINANCE车来积累信用，2,3年后买房子，不知道这2个利率哪个对信用积累会
更好呢？
另外36个月的LEASE如果提早还请对信用会有影响么？ 两个DEALER都说我第一次
FINANCE车，不肯给

extra warranty you buy - your down payment), not the interest rate you pay,
will be on your credit report. I do not see the justification to go for a
higher interest rate. However, if you qualify, you can put less down payment
so that your finance amount is higher. That helps your credit in the same
way you have a higher credit limit on a credit card.
What do you mean 提早还清？ Do you mean pay off the lease and own the
vehicle? Or do you mean pay the remaining lease payments in a lump sum?
These two are different. If it is the latter, it is really not necessary.
You are not saving much on the interest, and you do not own the car anyway.
In case something happens to the car, you won't recover the payments you
already made.
If you intend to own the car, then just finance it in the first place,
instead of leasing it. Either way you can build your credit as long as you
make on time payments for at least 18 months. | l*********e

到贷款阿。
想拿到高的贷款，直接影响你的贷款额度，应该是你的收入和你的信用点，要想知道你
的贷款额度，不如直接去银行问贷款的经理，做一个pre approval,顺便问你想知道的
