庭日期
2.之后收到当地法院的信，说我这个case是强制出庭，也没有罚单金额，上网查了一下
这种也不能写信去argue，必须出庭
3.发传真要求更改出庭地点，就是REQUEST APPEAL IN COUNTY SEAT，得到批准，改在
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY COURT出庭，要我自己和他们联系上庭的事情
4.昨天我去这个court问如何预约上庭时间，clerk的人说我这个没有上庭时间，但是我
的ticket的DUE DATE就是1月9日，要我在这之前任意一个周一到周四之间的早上来直接
找judge。然后他们看时间快到了，直接给我延长了三十天，到2月8日。
现在我的问题是，如果是要我随便一天就过去见法官，那么条子必然不会到场，那麽这
是去干啥呢？给我的罚单定价格麽？ | l****n

court has more to do with the number of miles you were driving over the
speed limit, rather than sending you to jail.
Show up to the arrangement, enter your plea and pay the fine, or, at that
time if you choose, plead not guilty and take it to trial
You can not do a trail by declaration when it requires a mandatory court
appearance until you make the first appearance first, then, it would be up
to the judge to decide whether you can do a trail by declaration. Usually,
they require you to appear in person at the trial, unless you have certain
circumstances that would prohibit you from appearing again (you live far
away from the court, disabled, etc.)
