俺lead过仨在印度的老印，后来混熟了，他们都很高兴，说年薪１５k－２０k很好啦。
他们虽然欠缺经验，但刻苦好学，加班无怨言。。。
我等要居安思危，早留后路才是。

The disadvantage of out sourcing is that the company's products are "based
on the mercy of source". That 's why there is a kind of trend now some
companies(including GM or GE) start in sourcing. Part of my tasking in my
company is to start to put/view things on right track. |
