I have a spacious 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment for sublease from 10/6/
2012-4/1/2013 with a monthly rent of $1650.The marketing price for now is $
1850. Afterwards you can renew the lease by montly base at the rate as you
moved in. The apartment has a huge living room and in a safe, quiet and
green neighborhood with two large swimming pools on-site.
Very convenient location, on Sepulveda & Rose avenues, 3-minute walk to
multiple grocery stores such as Trader Joes, Albertson and CVS etc as well
as bus stops. Multiple bus lines (Blue 12, Rapid 6, Line6)go to UCLA etc.,10
-minute walk to Ross etc.
The application will require a credit check. But if your application gets
approved, discounts can be offered upon moving-in.
highlights: 1. Flexible: no obligation of signing up for 1-year lease. But
if you like there, after April 2013, you can renew by monthly base. If you
decide to move out, just need to give the manager 1-month notice in advance.
