JOB TITLE:
Mechanical Design Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have immediate needs for a local Mechanical Design Engineer, specialized
in the fluid-handling equipments design and engineer.
•Through the use of Mechanical Drawing Software (Autodesk Inventor
preferred) the engineer will create technical drawings and assemblies that
are commonly used in Process Engineering for the Bio-Tech and Bio-
Pharmaceutical Industry.
•Research and analyze customer drawings to evaluate the feasibility,
cost and the requirements in design or application.
•Investigate product failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty
operation and make recommendations to rectify.
•Responsible for interpreting and maintaining and all current custom
fabricated drawings.
•Responsible for maintaining the drawings for current products and the
upgrade drawings for new products.
•Read and evaluate prototype design proposals, specifications and
computer generated data to implement into existing process systems.
•Create work sheets for inside sales to calculate the cost and
efficiency of cooling and purified water systems.
•Conduct research that tests and analyzes the feasibility and
efficiency of water purification filters.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires BSME, 0-2 yrs. Must proficient in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor
preferred).
