My mortgage is currently 5 yr ARM at 2.625, and the first 5yrs have 3.5 yrs
left. Now the 30 yr fixed rate is 3.5for me. The 10 yr note rate is kind of
flat currently , but may potentially rise. Should I refi now to lock a
longer rate? | b********2

2.625%

利率，如果30年贷款真的要在短时间内涨起来，那就尽快锁定30年吧。
