Irvine.
The condo is located in the heart of Irvine. Walking distance (1 mile) to
Ranch 99, 5 mins walking distance to Crossroad shopping plaza which offers
Target, LA fitness, Chase,Citibank..... 10min walk to Plaza Vista elementary
school. The community offers swimming pool and parks for fun.
The 2nd floor spacious condo offers bright living room, 2 full bathroom,
dinning room....
Two car attached garage provides direct access to home and additional
storage place on the first floor. One patio connected to living room and the
second patio connected to master bedroom. It's located in a really quite
neighborhood.
Washer and Dryer included in condo. $950/month. Living room and bedroom
facing south. Pictures available if interested.
Room will be available at beginning of April. In addition, by moving to this
location, the car insurance will reduce significantly because it is
considered a safe area.
