Maintain General Ledger
Accounts Payable Invoice Preparation, Review and Posting
Accounts Payable Accruals
Prepare and process Accounts Payable checks
Accounts Receivable review and posting
Customer collections
Monitor A/P and A/R Aging
Correspond with vendors and customers
Maintain vendor and customer files
Monitor Line of Credit
Monitor insurance, renewals and certificates
Purchase and monitor warehouse supplies
Credit Card reconciliation
Other Special Reporting & Projects as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
1-2 years of Corporate Accounting experience
Peachtree Experience Preferred
Strong MS Office Suite skills
Attendance and punctual very important
Great Communication and organizational skills
Strong written skills
Attention to detail
