2.Kitchen available for lite cooking.
3. Plenty of street parking with city permit required.
4. Student preferred. Single occupancy. No overnight guests. Must be clean
and no smoking, no drug and no issues. absolutely no parties.
5.Rent: one year contract required then changes to month to month. rent
Includs gas, water, internet and trash fee, weekly use of waher and dryer.
6. One month deposit is required.
7. No pets allowed.
8. Other tenants speak only Chinese Mandarin, so prefer somebody who is
able to communicate with them.
