than 1yr). Starting date: the 1st June or earlier.
I'm reasonably quiet and clean, but I do cook for myself a lot. I can bring
furnitures for every room except the extra bedroom(s). My major requirements
are furnished kitchen, central AC&heat, safe neighborhood and <20mins
driving to Caltech campus. Ideally I'd like to spend $650-$900/month,
although I could go a little higher for the right place.
