I am looking for someone to share a 2br apartment. Please see details below:
1 Bedroom (12’9” x 11’, with 2 windows) available in a comfortable 2
bedroom unit. 4 blocks from Caltech, across the street from Trader Joe's
and shops on south lake avenue in Pasadena (corner of Del Mar and
Hudson). Large living and dining area. Wall air-conditioning and forced
air heating. Bedroom has ample closet space. Apartment will come
furnished with 2 couches in the living room, dining table and chairs,
fridge and microwave. 1 shared bathroom. Looking for clean and quiet
roommate, preferably a student/postdoc at Caltech, but others will be
considered. Preferably at least 3 months of stay (lease is
month-to-month). Available from Feb. 8th.
Rent is $590 per month + ~$50 in utilities.
