California, providing desktop support to global DJI users.
Responsibilities include:
1. Provide day to day desktop support to local users.
2. As IT support, during work hour, timely response to all the IT request
from global DJI users
3. Solve IT related request of your responsibility，distribute and follow
up other IT request till case close,
4. Communicate with other IT support team members, make sure all the case
get timely response and solution.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree at Computer Science or related
2. Solid knowledge with desktop support on both software and hardware.
3. Minimum 1 year working experience at helpdesk or desktop support.
4. Good at both English and Chinese, reading, writing and speaking.
5. Good communication & coordination skill
