发帖数: 5814 | 1 My friend in China got an offer from Tulane U, and they need Credentials
evaluation, does any one heard about this, I never heard about it when I was
applying H1B. my friend has PhD, and he have been in USA for several years
with H1B, this is the second time he want to enter USA. Does he still need
the Credentials Evaluation, it looks like USCIS does not need it. Is it
Tulane specific? Is anyone from Tulane with H1B visa, can you help me to
