In Bali for my wife's 30th birthday last month I surprised her with a
helicopter flight to (and from) a secluded beach for an hour long
champagne breakfast. After the food was eaten, I pulled out my wedding
ring and her engagement ring that we had not been wearing due to damage,
I had them repaired on the sly before the trip and presented them to
