2. Fresh MS graduate from Waterloo Univ. working for ANSYS CFX as a trainer

used is at Waterloo.

Every so often, people compain that they have chosen wrong major. It is true
in a degree. But ultimately, it is the personality that rules. When hunting
jobs, try to think why you can do it rather that why you can't. There is
alway a good reason why you are the best fit, and a good reason why you are
not suitable as well. It is up to you to focus on which on.

has hands-on experience with the work. But as a MS/PHD, we have little. I
believe most of us can do well if we have the chance, but most of time it's
hard to get the chance especially if you want to change to other field.

发帖数: 32 | 12 As a matter of fact, you are not correct. I am not a HM yet. However, I sit
in the technical interview committee for several times. Trust me, technical
depth/experience is never the No.1 concern here, since the company is really
confident in terms of training you from a fresh guy into an expert.
