otherwise, it is really really hard to land a job without more than 5 years
of expericence.

雇外面的人来做管理的还真没见过

in Houston.
The guy in NJ is making 150k/year, and the other one is making 150$/hour.
both were fresh master.

谁能放心把project或者人交给一个一点工作经验都没有的人来管理啊？

吧，当然跟本专业联系密切才好。
比如，工业工程里生产相关的方向，系统的学学工程管理的概念和相关的知识，还是很
有益处的吧。
