ranking,每年按比例淘汰,压员工待遇来讨好华尔街等.总体也就是一个大工厂,ME的人
经常要往脏夕夕的车间里钻,设施也很陈旧,和以前国内的外企宽敞明亮的环境真不能比
,国内的cummins分部也比这里的好的多.电脑/IT也很差,经常只能在那里发呆等机器反
映过来.还有些不好说的东西,反正人们都说cummins里简直就是在搞文革,怪不得它在文
革末期就进中国了,文化有相通的地方.
