YIELD STRESS VS. PLASTIC STRAIN？？？)
这样做出来好像不对。
或者换种说法，就是abaqus本身user material那个选项卡里面，应该如何传输这些数

Introduction to Computational Plasticity (Hardcover)
by Fionn Dunne (Author), Nik Petrinic (Author)
This book is decent...the saving grace for the text is that it comes with
working ABAQUS UMAT's (available for free on the book website). The authors'
explanation of the theory of plasticity leaves a bit to be desired. It's
all there, but the explanations get muddy sometimes. I would suggest the
computational inelasticity text by Simo and Hughes as an alternative to this

Simo's book is an alternative choice.
Dunne's book is much easier for beginners.
