请问研究有关液压系统的文章一般发在那些EI检索的杂志期刊上收录的几率大？
我一同学想发国外的杂志，博士毕业规定必须3篇EI检索的文章。国内这种期刊少，而
且要关系才能发。

I used to study this in China, but totally give up.
It is a mature area, and is being replaced by electrical.
If the research is on 液压 control, there are some control journals,
but more theoretical. If fluid, maybe fluid dynamics.
China has “机床与液压”, but it is really not so good.
"博士毕业规定必须3篇EI检索的文章". This requirement really sucks.
Nobody cares about or even talk about EI in US. | b*******h

她想发的这篇论文是关于液压系统能量回收的，不知道有没有合适的期刊？
这些规定就是最近定下的，是很恶心的。
