About the Job
Air Cruisers Company (ACC), a division of Zodiac Aerospace, is located along
the central Jersey Shore resort area and is within easy commuting distance
to the New York and Philadelphia metro areas. Have it all working and living
in this very desirable area.
Position will be responsible for detailed mechanical design and coordination
of engineering plans specifically related to the design, certification and
regulatory approval of aircraft evacuation systems. Individual will be
expected to take direction from the NAPD Project Engineer and support the
International Program Manager as applicable. The position will eventually
take on the responsibility as the Program Engineer for Irkut’s MC-21
Evacuation Systems program. Be able to take initiative where appropriate
and have the ability to effectively communicate with the individuals working
in support of development and certification efforts.
Job Responsibilities
· Design and develop evacuation systems, components and related
hardware. Ability to use 3-D CAD system.
· Interface with aircraft, component and system design conception
and design in accordance with accepted design criteria or precedents (e.g.,
MIL STDs/Specs, Engineering Manual, etc. as applicable). Generate
structural analyses in support of designs.
· Lead design development, including coordination and preparation
of engineering drawings and supporting documents. Approve release of
drawings to Production. Initiate Engineering Change Notice and Work Order
documentation as needed.
· Program involvement from concept through qualification and
regulatory authority approval.
· Design responsibility for and coordination of preparation of
engineering drawings and supporting documents.
· Initiate and approve the release of Engineering Data as required
by the particular program (e.g. MC-21).
· International travel will be required.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· BSME, plus minimum 5 years design engineering experience.
· Ability to use 3-D CAD system (I-DEAS and CATIA)
· Experience in the design and certification of aircraft systems a
plus.
· Good integrator and team player
之前发过一个FEA的位子的opening，但是公司面了几个人以后，可能觉得还是不怎么合
适，最后一个人都没有招，我也不知道他们怎么想的。你可以去看monster，广告又贴
出来了，看样子还是要招，到底什么情况不清楚。
新的这个位子，是因为公司拿了新的项目，要新招一个人来做。
基本的技能就是用那几个三维软件设计飞机上的东西。
关于经验，广告上写的5年，实际应该也是5年，因为明确说想找个有经验的。
公司办h1b，但是貌似今年名额已经没有了，所以目前肯定只能转h1b。有身份那更好，
你少很多限制。
