Manufacture Lithium Ion Battery using microfabrication technology,
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in the field of microfabrication
related areas.
The candidate should have extensive micro device design and cleanroom
fabrication experience. Required skills include photolithography, sputter
deposition,evaporator deposition, dry and wet etching, wafer to wafer
bonding,fabrication with soft materials (e.g. Parylene).
