１，是不是忘记画螺纹了，否则如果得用螺母，那就有装配的问题
２，尺寸标的有问题，很少有标assembly的厚度的。
３，配合有没有公差要求。 |

来防止切向力，如果切向力大的应该用梢吧。

发帖数: 1863 | 15 哈哈 话说在国内的时候,我们工厂举行技术比武阿还是职称考试.
考高级钳工,实做里有一题目就是加工一个五角星和一个内五角星,
两个配合起来就像搂主画的C-C一样,只不过里面那个不是中空的,
其实钳工能挫出两个很好配合的五角星就很了不起了.
测试合格的最后一步太牛了,考官往那个平面上倒水,倒一点,怎么测试是否合格啊? 就
看多长时间滴一滴水，具体时间我忘了。这样出来的钳工是高级技师，相当于高级工程
师.......

我能想到的还有：
8mm的直径装不下M8的螺丝，装M6的又太小了，可能装5/16（7.93mm)的还可以,也没什么误差的空间了。
可螺丝头的直径只有12mm，为什么要17mm的洞呢？

other's input
At least double row in each directin, with 4D~8D pitch, and 2D edge margin,
Define proper torque value. Over torque will break the fastener, under
torque will introduce higher fatigue failure chances in vibration
Choose fastener/nuts materials without causing corrosion problems of the
parent material.
Avoid machining sharp corners of stress concentration

很少这种方方正正的parts，而且截面图上有sharp corner的地方都加radius或者
chamfer的。
唉，我螺纹啥的都忘光了，真是离了machinery handbook我就活不了了……如果能带回
家做估计没有什么问题。
这个图的标注信息也太少了，都不知道它要干什么。
