projection of the coming year.
most big companies are not doing so good this year, which affects the
projection for next year, so except for direct needs, the general motivation
for hiring is weak. some are even cutting off jobs. like CAT..
But, there are always opportunities, not matter how the general trend is..
find the company that is doing good or just got a big contract/orders, stock
market news is useful in this sense... | l********5
