My client one of the largest petrochemical companies in the world is in need
of a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team.
As the Senior Mechanical Engineer you will need to demonstrate proficiency
in working with piping systems and process equipment (pressure vessels,
towers, exchangers, pumps and compressors).This position will require a you
to be able to deal effectively with counterparts in licensee organizations,
contractors and other polyolefins licensing and research organizations
taking into account a wide variety of cultural differences and international
locations. You will have a strong knowledge of engineering industry
standards, including API, ASME and ASTM. This position will require you to
apply your working knowledge of stress analysis, fracture mechanics and
fatigue evaluations. This candidate will also be working with the License
Support Contractor to ensure that Process Design packages are mechanically
correct.
