I would like to inform you about the graduate opportunities in the
Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) Department at the Missouri
University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T). We offer PhD degrees in
Mechanical and Aerospace engineering, including direct doctoral degrees for
students holding a BS degree. We also offer MS degrees in Mechanical,
Aerospace, and Manufacturing engineering. Our graduate students engage in
challenging fundamental and applied research projects under the guidance of
world class faculty in our newly renovated facilities. Our department offers
competitive financial packages for doctoral students that include
fellowships, tuition and fee waivers, and teaching assistantships (over 97%
of our PhD students are financially supported). You can also contact our

We are currently soliciting applications for the Mathews and Kaiser Graduate Fellowships http://mae.mst.edu/media/academic/mae/documents/MKFellowships.pdf. Successful applicants will receive a 50% appointment ($2040/month), full tuition and fees ($10,000), and a Mathews or Kaiser Fellowship worth an additional $2500/year to pursue their PhD. This financial package is worth over $37,000/year.
