I didn't receive any response for my email I sent to you on Dec. 26, 2015. I
am kind enough to give you additional time and extra chance to clear up
your lies and your plagiarized work on shear modification of Gurson model.
You should have used this time proactively fixing it. However, I didn't see
any honest reply. I only see you and/or your collaborators continuing
spreading your false claims, which has material damage to my reputation.
This is my final notice to you. You should treat it as an ultimatum.
If I don't see a public response within the next 24 hours, I have no choice
but to take necessary measures against you.
