Got an offer in DC suburban area, Offer $50,000, small company.
I am a fresh MS in Mechanical Engineering, had some work experience in China,
but not related to this job.
I tried to negotiate with the manager to get a higher pay, but he said it is
already a very generous offer, I should not expect more than that…. Seems

bad in DC.
FYI. Fresh Ph.D.s (MAE major, thermal sciences) from my lab got ~75K-80K in
California ....
