Simulation", sounds good. It's not very expensive.

好的入门读物。
然后是经典Allen的computer simulation of liquids，可惜出版十多年了。
较新的有Leach的Molecular Modelling: Principles and Applications，偏重于进展。
然后就是各种工具包的Manual了。
