You put the solution into a bag of semipermeable film, then put the bag into
wader. stir it. Change water every few hours in the first two days.
You can change the water much longer in last few days.
Usually, you should do this at least four days untial no or little small
molecules in outside water. If you want to quantitative data, you should run
chromatography.
BTW: Because I can not type Chinese. If you still want to know in detail, you

就是把混合溶液放在半透膜里面,然后把半透膜放到水里面,不停的搅拌,
用magnetic stir. 前几天每个几个小时换一次水。
以后每天换一两次就可以拉。
大概四天到一礼拜的时间就可以把小分子渗透出来。
然后你就得到了PNIPAM的水溶液了。
我以前做过几次,欢迎讨论!

大约pnipam的浓度需要有限制么?

btw, can I use reisen to remove surfactant?
In some cases, you can not completely remove surfactant using semipermeable
memberane.

Can I ask you another question about the PNIPAM? I am trying to synthesis
PNIPAM microgels. From the literature, the "reactant NIPAM need to be
recrystallized frome Hexane/acetone solvent and the prodcuct need to be
precipitated by Hexane". I am so new about the polymer process and do not
understand what it mean recryliation and precipiation. Would you please tell
me tell me the recrystalliation process and precipation process in detail?.

This is a purification process. Coz NIPAAM monomers are well
dissolved in Hexane/acetone (I can not remember the volume ratio).
Then place it into refrigerator at 4 degree C for one night. Needle like
NIPAAM crystall can precipite at the bottom. The impurity still dissolve
in the solvent. You can use extraction method to separate crystal like NIPAA
M.
After that, you should use hexane to wash impurities out from NIPAAM, Coz tr
ace of impurity
absorb on the crystalls.
