quite interesting.
They used thermally responsive polymers and local hyperthermia to target drug.
Pretty fancy idea :)//Don't hammer me, Wonderlich
The idea is: heat the tumor up and the thermally responsive polymer will
precipitate in the heated area. So, just attach the drug to the polymer and
drug will concentrate on that area.
Well, the authors did some experiment in vivo which is pretty cool.
But they didn't use real drug, instead, they

is it dangerous or possible to heat up a
tumor surrounded by tissues which may be very
sensitive like brain cells, or nerves?
