can get the ratio of peak A/ peak B and also can get the average height of A
relative to B.
and on the morphology, if you sure that peak A is "higher" structure, then
from the curve below, you can "calculate" the volume of A at certain scan
size.
but to compare the surface coverage, i think gain analysis is more useful than
bearing.
