普通的光源,注意调节光的强度,还有就是焦距
还有注意用偏光,
对于样品,一般我是等样品熔化以后把,盖玻片放上去
压一压,使它哏能够很薄,但是很容易有气泡,要注意
如果还是看不到,可能你的样品本身就很难观察到球晶
要不就是结晶很慢,你等的时间不够
其他的我不知道了

是不是“环带球晶”啊?嘿嘿
那就要知道所研究的原始材料的成型条件,尽量创造近似的微量条件,
一定温度熔融后(恒温或变温)观察形成的(球)晶。

crystal spherulites. If you want to see the perfect
spherulites under POM (it displays as a cross), probably
you need to culture the crystal at optimum temperature.
the thickness of the sample is not very crucial.
my experience, probably 5-30micron(No one would remember
this range.

光源我也搞不太清楚,不过你可以试试transparent。
还有,可能你对你自己样品的结晶条件不是很清楚
可以先做做DSC,然后用非等温结晶温度作为POM上的等温
结晶温度,等上一定的时间
可能可以看到
