asked me to use neat nylon to familiaze the technique. But I still cannot
observe anything!
What I did were;
(1) I used a compression molding machine to raise the temperature to about
240C, without applying pressure. The nylon pellets were placed on a glass
plate on top of a steel stage.
(2) Then I pressed another glass plate on the nylon melt and press it hard.

但是,按照你的结晶过程,一般来说,球是可以看到的
你有没有调整焦距啊。焦距很重要你确信你的焦距一定正确吗?
光的强度不要太高。当然也不能什么都看不见
关于球晶尺寸,主要决定于他高分子本身,很难说
大的有mm级,小的有um
级,还有你用的样品量太多,只要一点点就够了
有很多高分子本身就没有球晶,要注意这一点
