发帖数: 2 | 1 I have a pair of distance constrains that will confine the torsion angles of
three residues. I need to know all the possible combinations of those 6
torsion angles that will satisfy the distances. We have insight II biopolymer
module in the lab. Any one knows how to write a log file to let the software
perform a conformation search and output all the results? Or if biopolymer
won't do the job, any other modules will do? Or even any other free softweare
that can do the job?

instead of using distance constraining.
