1. microscopy 分辨率 ~0.5 微米,enough for visualizing cell but not good for
material domain
2. normally confocal microscopy need fluorescence. biomedical has developed a
very complete set of methods to introduce fluorescence in like gold,
GFP,antibody. but material science normally lacks it.
