hmmm... what is possibility for acceptance based on comments below? of course
after modification.
To summary, this paper presents new insights for CNT science and technology
which is a highly active area in material sciences. However, there are several
ambiguities to conclude the explanations and predictions above-mentioned from

发帖数: 578 | 4 editor's decisions are almost same for the first time feedback.
Generally, it is a rejection and ask you to submit to PR B or C. hehe.
My First PRL's referee comment is much better than this. He says something
like it can be published at any highly qualified journal include PRL. However,
editor just rejected it at first time feedback.
