It is a collaboration project. Then I proposed an idea and asked other
comments. Usually, should be something "I like your idea." or "thanks you
idea".
But with this as first sentence, I felt like that he already had that idea.

Normally these words are used when he cannot follow or agree with another
party exactly...
anyway, really depends on the backgroud and other information in that email.
Probably argon already understood what it means..
