what is the difference between these two spectrums?
the optical conductivity spectrum and UV-vis adsorption spectrum.
It should be correlated. right?

if I have an optical conductivity peak at xxx nm, so should I have same peak
there at UV-vis spectrum?
Can we determine component's color by looking at optical conductivity
spectrum? thx.
