最近稍稍了解了一下dl_poly，好像功能比较强，
可以将工作提交给并行高性能计算机组运算，节省时间。
还是免费的，所以老板好像有这个意思让我用它作
模拟工作。
希望使用过dl_poly的XDJM给点意见，这个软件
和cerius2比起来，有什么强项（不考虑前面说的
时间和钱的问题），又有什么主要的缺陷（这个我没什么概念）

1. Open source code. It is crucial for the developer.
2. Mature Parallel code by MPI: Data replicated algorithm in Version 2.XX (for
small system) and Domain Decomposition in Ver. 3( for large system). It means
more flexible than the other packages.
2. SPME algorithm for long ranged interaction.
3. Great performance in a lot of computer architectures.
4. Intermediate size. The kernel code is very simple and the extension of the
code is easy.
