Our group wants to buy a spin coater recently but has little idea about how
to choose one. We want to spin coat polymer membranes on silica wafers.
Now we get replies from Brewer Science (Cee 100 or Cee 200) and Laurell
Technologies. We want to know what parameters we need to concern or which
brand is better or what parts are consumable.
