following requirements:
1. amourphous
2. thickness no more than 25 um (1 mil.)
3. excellent mechanical properties, crack-resistant, good dimensional
stability
4. resistivity > E14
5. capable of forming by heating
6. no out-gassing
PEI seems a candidate, but any other options? Any suggestions would be
