better mixing.

发帖数: 438 | 5 To be honest, I don't know how homogeneous I would go and I also need to
figure out how to characterize the homogeneity. But should be the more
homogeneous the better. Regarding pulverizing, for some polymer pellets,
they are not easy to grind in fine powder form, even in the freezer/mill,
and that's the reason I would like try melting blend. But if you have some
suggestions on pulverizing equipment ( not the freezer/mill as I tried), you
can also let me know. Thanks for your help.

发帖数: 2753 | 6 I mixed inorganic powder with polymer pellets, it worked; I mixed organic
powder (small molecules) with polymer pellets, it worked too. Homogeneity
checked by visual and HPLC.
Just FYI, however it will NOT guarent your experiments will work too.
