我从本版知道他，看他比武感觉非常符合我对倚天屠龙记里波斯武功的想象，就是诡异
。但如此年轻去世，估计和他那一路不太注重养生啦之类的有关系。
他的实战对kickboxer和跆拳道居多，不太清楚和传统武术比如何，但他打的挺好看,而
且说自己是少林功夫。

Ehsan Shafiq's history
Ehsan Shafiq started his martial arts training in 1988 with Wahidullah
Shafiq which is the alleged founder of Kung-Fu in Afganistan and Pakistan.
You can see in his style of fighting the level of his skill in is KungFu
style, very similar to Shaolin's Kung-Fu.
Sometimes in sports like Karate, MT, Kickboxing, MMA, ect. some techniques
are overlooked for being considered unrealistic, fancy, unefficient, ect and
practicioners dont spend time with them and decide to spend time in things
that are more worth it.
However, these techniques are very common other arts like Kungfu and
Capoeira. Ehsan Shafiq's Kungfu kicks are very similar to Capoeira kicks.
Ehsan Shafiq passed away at the age of 36 on June 5, 2012 in Norway due to
cardiac arrest in Norway. He was a Kung Fu trainer in Pakistan.

发帖数: 1519 | 7 养生健身只需低代谢、低强度的活动即可。松、活、柔如婴儿，如老子之言。可练太极
瑜伽。高代谢，高强度，爆发力的不利养生。长跑的比举重的寿命长即是。
Ehsan Shafiq的踢腿就需要爆发力，没有做好准备活动，心脏易受损。
就养生来说，柔能克刚，刚则易断。
