1.炉子台面上刮伤的厉害要扣80多刀。
天哪，这么旧的炉子不是花的才怪呢，我们搬进去的时候就是刮伤的。真后悔当时没拍
照。
2.要换炉子下面点火的地方，又80多刀。
我们搬进去没多久就发现这个问题了，只要oven门关重一点，下面的小火星就灭了，一
灭就点不着火了，当时给小区emergency的管理人员打电话来修的，修了第2次后那人直
接告诉我们如何自己操作了。现在修好了问我们要钱。
有没有童鞋知道怎么问apartment manger要个说法啊？
真想威胁他们说，我们当时搬进来的时候拍过照了（其实没拍）。不退钱就小额法庭见。
唉，也不知道管不管用。 |

When I moved out my apartment, I was charged $325.Both LD and I were so
happy because we did not clean up at all (we really did not have time).My
little son made a big mess on the walls and carpets and LD made huge mess in
the kitchen, scratches on counter top, dirty oven.
Apartments always charge a lot of money when we move out. Most time, I think
it is reasonable. When you move in, it is shinny and nice clean. |

there for a couple of years. You do not have to go to the court. Try to
complain to the Maryland Arttorney General using the following link. In
the state of maryland, they have special office to take care of these stuff
and protect the rights of the tenants. They will contact the landlord and
let you know the results pretty soon.
