I want to show some very small image patches at the ticks of a Matlab figure.
I know I can replace the original ticks with any string texts, but is
it possible to replace these ticks with small image patches?
I know I can do it by image processing, but I have a number of figures to
process. I want to do it in Matlab.
I have attached a picture show the effect I want.
