I know x > y > z. a, b, c are the angles between a vector and x, y, z axes
of a cartesian coordinate respectively.
If written in nutation and azimuthal angles,
f = x.sin(theta)**2.cos(phi)**2 + y.sin(theta)**2.sin(phi)**2 + z.cos(theta)
