Let Z1=X1+X2； Z2=X1-X2; 那么，Z1,Z2独立。
问题转化为： E(1_{Z1>y}(Z1^2-Z2^2)/4，然后就是一维积分了。我大概算了下，最后
需要用到正态分布的CDF函数。
第二个还没想到有啥简单办法。大不了，硬套2维分布公式罢了。 |

Why E(1_{X1+X2>y}X1^2) = E(1_{X1+X2>y}X2^2)?
X1 and X2 are independent, but have different mean and variance.

independent.
