some guys asked me what fcvs is. i dont know in detail, since i have not
done it. but just tell you some basic concepts:
You dont have to do the FCVS credentialing if your state doesnt require it.
Recenctly they encourage all step 3 candidates to do FCVS but you dont have
to and can do it later. Its just an option when you apply for step 3.
Mainly FCVS for some states is needed when you apply for a permanent License
after residency.
